Sylvan Lake Theatre is a growing community-engaged company and a registered non-profit society. Since our inception in the summer of 2022, we have established a track record of sold-out performances and workshop opportunities. The theatre group is funded through a combination of fundraisers, ticket sales, grant programs and the support of generous individual donors and businesses. We engage and train local talent including writers, storytellers, performers and stage crews. These enthusiastic artists work for the love of theatre, and when possible, we provide minimal honorariums. We are thrilled to be presenting our new plays, Comedy Night Live improv nights, and dinner theatre productions right here in our beautiful town by the lake.
