Payment, Refund, Illness & Cancellation Policies

Cancel up to 14 days before the Camp starts,

July 7, 2025 to get a full refund. 

Cancel up to 7 days before the Camp starts, July 14, 2025 to get a 50% refund. *

No refund for less than 7 day’s notice. *

In the case of illness or injury and only upon receipt of a doctor’s note, a full refund (less a prorated day rate for days attended) will be issued. 

*Sylvan Lake Theatre will try to fill any vacated spot but there are no guarantees. If we do fill the spot there will be a full refund less the $50 administration fee.
