COME TELL STORIES WITH US!

About Ginger Mullen…

Ginger's childhood love of folktales was sparked by the story of Rapunzel, whose beautiful song of longing introduced her to the power of tales passed down over time. Ginger later became an oral storyteller and scholar. With a multidisciplinary Master of Arts focused on oral and written folktales, she has explored how the formats both differ from and inspire each other.  She has shared her layered understanding of orality with listeners in diverse settings: conferences, post-secondary classrooms, storytelling festival events, professional development workshops, library storytimes and early childhood centres.  She is an active member of Storytelling Alberta.
